What is the Horizon Convictions Redress Scheme?
The Horizon Convictions Redress Scheme (HCRS) is intended to provide redress to individuals whose convictions were overturned by the 2024 legislation.
This research seeks to understand your experience with the scheme, from the initial application process to the final settlement. We want to hear about your experiences with the scheme, including the support provided, the clarity of information, the speed of the process, and the adequacy of the redress.
This research is due to start in December 2025.
