Group Litigation Order Scheme
What is the Group Litigation Order Scheme?
The Group Litigation Order (GLO) Scheme was developed to provide redress to sub-postmasters who suffered financial losses due to the Horizon system errors. This scheme is specifically for those involved in the action ‘Alan Bates and Others v Post Office Ltd’ pursued under a Group Litigation Order, who do not have a Horizon-related conviction.
This research seeks to understand your experience with the scheme from the initial application process to the final settlement. This includes hearing more about the clarity and accessibility of information provided, the timeliness of settlement offers, and the fairness of the redress you received.
