HCRS Qualitative Fieldwork Begins
Ipsos is scheduled to conduct depth interviews with claimants, interviews with scheme administrators and focus groups with legal representatives. Fieldwork will continue till at least the end of December 2026.

HCRS Survey Launch
Launch of HCRS survey research with claimants. All HCRS claimants who have settled their claims will be invited to participate in the survey. Survey questions will cover satisfaction with scheme processes, and experience at each stage. Survey invites will be shared on a monthly basis.

HSS Qualitative Fieldwork Begins
Involves interviews with HSS claimants about their experience of the scheme as well as legal representatives providing support to claimants, and staff involved in the design, implementation and delivery of the scheme. Fieldwork will continue till at least the end of December 2026.

Capture Qualitative Fieldwork Begins

Survey of HSS claimants about their experience of the scheme is launched. Invitations to take the survey will be sent out in batches to those who have received financial redress through the HSS. The survey will be open till at least January 2027.

OC Primary Data Collection Begins
Involves interviews with claimants, Post Office Limited scheme administrators, DBT policy and analysis staff, and legal representatives. Invites have been sent to claimants (via their legal representatives) who have received financial redress from the OC scheme.
