What is the Capture Redress Scheme
The Capture Redress Scheme is intended to provide redress for individuals who suffered shortfalls due to the use of the Capture software which was installed in some Post Office branches between 1992 and 2000.
This research seeks to understand your experience with the scheme, from the initial application process to the final settlement. We want to hear about your experience of completing the application including identifying relevant evidence, the clarity of information provided, the timeliness of the process, the support offered, your interactions with the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), and the adequacy of the redress offered. Your insights will help us evaluate the scheme’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
